16:31 Let the heavens rejoice, and the earth be happy!

Let the nations say, ¹  ‘The Lord reigns!’

1 Tawarikh 21:19

21:19 So David went up as Gad instructed him to do in the name of the Lord. ² 

[16:31]  ¹ tn Heb “let them say among the nations.”

[21:19]  ² tn Heb “and David went up by the word of Gad which he spoke in the name of the Lord.”
